Red hot and ready to rock, celebrities took to the runway for The Heart Truth’s Red Dress Campaign, a fashion show dedicated to raising awareness about women and heart disease.

In an effort to spread the word — one in four American women die of heart disease — the campaign has adopted a chic red dress as their logo. And every fall they wrangle a fresh group of famous faces to walk the runway and famous designers to provide the wardrobe.

Under three custom Swarovski chandeliers weighing in at more than 150 pounds each and made of 5,000 crystals a piece, teeny tiny Kristin Chenoweth clad in a hot Daniel Swarovski number opened the show. Followed by pregnant Bethany Frankel in a short, ruched Isabella Oliver dress (and clutching her belly to the tune of “Baby Love”), Felicity Huffman in Oscar de la Renta who stopped mid-walk to plant one on hubby William H. Macy’s face and Regina King who got plenty of whoops from talk show host Wendy Williams.

Olympian Dara Torres decided to walk in her draped Rachel Roy sans footwear. Thankfully her pedi was lovely. Raven-Symone was having some sole trouble too issues and kicked off her sky high stilettos — insoles and all — narrowly missing a blonde in the front row.

Other highlights included Joan Collins dancing down the runway in an over-the-top Stephane Rolland dress and a svelte and sexy Kim Kardashian strutting in a Marchesa that hugged her very ample and very apparent assets, stopping to blow a kiss to Boyfriend Reggie Bush who was loving the view. We saw him recording her every wiggle on his Blackberry.
