Season after season, Herve Leger by Max Azria finds a way to revamp its signature bandage dress without ever straying too far from the brand’s core identity.

But some things are a given at this show: a slew of PYT’s – this season, it was Jessica Szohr, Ashlee Simpson and LeAnn Rimes – wiggled themselves into itty-bitty-skin-tight-minis while seated front row.

Gold, silver, and rose-gold Reynolds wrap-inspired dresses were the theme here; most were finished with a flouncy peplum hem that hit just above the knee.

There was a bit of a tribal vibe: 3-D braids wove around the waist, gold metal quills trimmed a cropped suede jacket, and fringe festooned the hem of the finale looks.

Reinventing the wheel never looked so good.
