Mrs. O mixes high and low with a $60 printed silk blouse from Talbots with her L’Wren Scott cardi at a Town Hall meeting in D.C. last night. I also really love the way she mixes different prints and textures; score another one for the First Lady.

On a sidenote: I haven’t been to a Talbots in a really long time, but this blouse seems pretty lovely and not at all how I remember the store. File under: Things that make you go hmmmm.
