I’m really glad I picked it up (it’s sold in a box set with William Klein’s film “Qui Etes-Vous Polly Magoo?”) because not only is it kind of a cult film that’s really difficult to find in this country, but it’s a brilliant autobiographical montage of Klein’s work — including rare backstage footage of a young Yves Saint Laurent. New York native William Klein graduated from City College of New York but has lived most of his life in France, where he works as a photographer and filmmaker.
