An exhibition honoring Jean Paul Gaultier opens at the Grand Palais in Paris on Wednesday, offering those who missed the traveling retrospective’s 2013-14 Brooklyn Museum stint a second chance to marvel at more than 175 creations from the designer’s near 40-year career.
