Fairy Wood nymph and ballerina wannabes will flip for Jill Stuart’s spring collection of dusty rose, gray and white layered sheer chiffon, asymmetrical handkerchief action and harem pants galore.

The feeling was a cross between Tinkerbell’s wardrobe and a seat at The American Ballet Theatre. And the result was oddly beautiful. The colors were soft and soothing, the fabrics light, airy and gauzy, and the accents were sweet – delicate tulle wrapped under the tie-up shoes, droplet beading on scarves and dresses, and supersized necklaces that jingle-jangled all the way down the runway.

Our favorite look: super fine gray cotton jersey harem pants that we plan to wear all next year, thank you very much.
