“Fashion Police” is losing another one of its panelists as E! announced Friday that Kelly Osbourne is departing the red-carpet program “to pursue other opportunities.”

“We would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers,” the network said in a statement.

E! said that “Fashion Police” will return as scheduled on March 30, though no decisions have been made on Osbourne’s replacement.

“Fashion Police” lost its trademark voice when Joan Rivers died last fall (Kathy Griffin joined the program in January). The show has also been weathering a PR storm this week after co-host Giuliana Rancic made offensive comments about Zendaya Coleman‘s hairstyle on the Oscars red carpet, saying her dreadlocks made the 18-year-old look “like she smells like patchouli oil” or “weed.”

The incident upset Osbourne, and she tweeted Tuesday that she was considering quitting the show because of Rancic’s comments.
