Kim Kardashian is not letting pregnancy slow her down. While carrying daughter North West two years ago, her pregnancy fashion choices were often roundly criticized as being about three sizes too small. The 34-year-old reality star is expecting a boy this time around, and is already in her second trimester. This time, she seems to be rocking maternity style. Let’s take a look at some of her looks, then and now.

At first blush

Back in 2013, this $3,000 Lanvin dress — cut wayyyy above the knee —nearly broke the Internet. Fast forward to 2015, when Kim was spotted in LA with a fitted dress layered with a matching $3,400

coat. While the fashionista still rocks the stilettos even during pregnancy, this overall look is much more demure for her second go-around.

The white dress was gorgeous — but please, direct your eyes to the feet! The dress was tight and those tootsies were frantically trying to break free. Ouch! This time, Kim rocked a $950

high-waisted, midi pencil skirt that was a much more comfortable length, with $725

that looked a bit more manageable.

Kim broke all the rules with this bejeweled

dress and silver mirrored

heels, using her baby bump as an epic accessory. She did the same this year, albeit in a much more understated jersey dress, layering it with a coat and her signature

sunglasses — all the better to ward off the glare of the paparazzi cameras.

Lovely layers

A leather maternity dress is a stretch for most, but a leather dress, black blazer and sky-high

heels? That’s a bit much. For her second pregnancy, Kim seems to have found out about layering, a look that really works well for her. In Paris recently, her look was tight, ankle-length, completely concealed — and she completely rocked the look.
