Some rock stars have their own personal chefs and massage therapists on call.

Lady Gaga has her own bedazzler.

Kerin Rose Gold has been tasked with adorning the singer’s clothing with sparkle — and lots of it.

“We’ve used almost 50,000 crystals and 15 yards of crystal mesh fabric,” Gold tells The Post.

Among the recent showstoppers: Saint Laurent boots covered in pink crystals for an Oct. 22 appearance on “Saturday Night Live” and Calvin Klein Collection boots for the Los Angeles stop of Gaga’s Dive Bar Tour.

“She’s a superstar,” Gold says of Gaga, “so she wants superstar pieces.”

Gold, who grew up in Port Washington, Long Island, began blinging in 1996, when the then-teen covered her first cellphone with craft-store black crystals.

“I still have it,” the 33-year-old says, “and [the stones] are still there. The work really holds up.”

She promoted bands for a while in her early 20s, but a serious bout of ulcerative colitis led Gold to an early reckoning.

“I was 25 when I hit remission,” she says. “I realized I finally had my life back.”

She enrolled in NYU’s prestigious MFA program for costume history, got a gig at Patricia Field’s Bowery store and went on a bling spree, studding cheap sunglasses and wearing them to work.

“Patricia Field’s buyers went nuts when they saw them, but I was oblivious,” Gold says. “When they asked to sell them [in 2009], I thought they were teasing me. I didn’t realize other people might want my designs.”

Katy Perry snagged Gold’s shades for a Paper magazine party, and Rihanna was seen wearing a pair during Fashion’s Night Out in 2009. Brandon Maxwell, Lady Gaga’s fashion director, took notice.

“He used to come to Patricia Field when he was an assistant,” Gold says. “Once he started working with Gaga, he called me and said, ‘You were nice to me when I was at the bottom. I’m doing a music video for [the song] “Alejandro.” Can you help?’ ”

A bedazzling friendship was born, leading to more than two dozen pieces that include glittering horns, a pacifier and even eyebrows that Gaga wore during concerts with Tony Bennett.

In addition to keeping the singer in sparkles, Gold, who works out of a Flatiron District studio, retails her A-Morir line of sunglasses for up to $815.

The designer says a pair of Gaga’s boots takes about eight hours to create.

“I use glue even though it gets a bad rap,” she says. “When people want to insult my work, they say, ‘She’s a girl with a glue gun.’ But every pair of Louboutins is made with glue.”

And the idea that crystals hold magical powers? “Eh,” Gold says. “But I do think if you’re literally shining, you’re going to have an emotional reaction. And what my clients, like Beyoncé and Grace Jones, wear is a reflection of their attitude.

“If I’m helping people project themselves in a positive light, that’s all I can ask for.”
