THE strong euro may put the grand tour of Europe out of reach this summer, but that doesn’t mean you’ve got to completely forgo all the Spanish steps. We were inspired by NYC’s own Red Hook Riviera to break out the capris and matador jackets and some flamenco flair. Add some olives and charcuterie from nearby Fairway, and who’s to say you’re not in Marbella, St. Tropez or San Remo?
