Amidst all the hustle and bustle of Black Friday, you may have missed something big on the NYC store scene. Mackenzie-Childs, which specializes in luxury accessories and home decor has moved out west. Well, just a little west. They’ve opened up a new 4,000 square foot flagship a few doors down in what was once the Jay Thorpe department store (20 W. 57th St.)

The store features a brick patterned floor, reminiscent of the brick road that leads up to the brand’s headquarters in Aurora, NY. Another highlight is the oversized handmade mannequins made of zany materials such as lamp shades and ceramic scraps.

Check out the new location for great holiday gifts, like trendy purple check reading glasses for $50.
