For spring-summer 2010, Mara Hoffman carries on doing what she does best — wearable, colorful, attractive prints on easy-to-wear ultra-feminine silhouettes. Hoffman opened the show with a show of technicolor fluorescents, then moved into a tribal print theme in a lighthearted spring color palette. Especially impressive this season were Hoffman’s geometric nature-inspired jungle prints and her elaborate, flattering draping and creative use of braiding. It’s modern and charming, perfect island-wear.
