Meghan Markle steps out in a fluttery Oscar de la Renta dress.Geoff Robinson Photography / SplNewlywed Meghan Markle made it approximately one month dressing like a prim royal.
Since her wedding, the newly minted Duchess of Sussex has mainly sported neutral, monochrome sheaths.
But a frisson of rebellion suits her better. This weekend, Markle attended the wedding of Princess Di’s niece, Celia McCorquodale, in a long, flowing floral frock by Oscar de la Renta designers Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim.
The dress, with its loose, dishabille top, floaty fabric and romantic print had a boho breeziness not usually associated with the Royal Fam. It’s from de la Renta’s 2019 collection, and reportedly costs $5,490.
She topped the look off with a white fascinator and kept her accessories minimal.
Prince Harry seemed to be a fan: He showed his support by matching his cornflower-blue tie with the print on her dress.
