For Melania Trump, it was New Year’s Frockin’ Eve.

At the president’s annual New Year’s Eve bash at Mar-a-Lago Sunday night, Melania glistened in a modest (but not modest at all) sequined Erdem minidress worth about $5,500. She finished the look with with pale pink pumps.

The dress was also pink, metallic and floral, but not at all cheesy like those descriptors would suggest. Melania looked classy next to her tux-clad husband and their dapper son, Barron.

2017 was a good year for the First Lady, who’s managed to stay above the political fray and see her popularity climb as a result. According a to December Gallup poll, Melania’s approval has shot up to 54 percent — a 17 percent hike from poll numbers taken a year earlier.
