What a heel!

Melania Trump kicked off her husband’s European tour wearing two different pairs of sky-high $795 pumps for the trip to Belgium.

Last month, Melania’s most buzzed-about jet-setting look was an inexpensive $39 Zara jacket emblazoned with “I really don’t care, do u?” in graffiti on the back, worn to visit immigrant children detained at the Texas border.

But based on the careful polish of these two latest looks, she just might’ve switched over to a “Why yes, I do care” vibe.

Leaving the White House on Monday, Melania wore an A-line skirt and a prim red sweater paired with “So Kate” Louboutins covered in a pattern inspired by the tan craft paper color of the brand’s boxes and bags.

She appeared to have changed the entire look on the plane and emerged in another pair of Louboutins — a classic black leather style, which were also 4.8 inches — and a structured Burberry trench coat.
