It’s a fashion slam dunk for Michelle Obama, who selected a custom-made Isabel Toledo canary-yellow artisan jeweled sheath dress framed with a demure crystal neckline and overlayed with a matching dress coat for President Obama’s inauguration ceremonies. While not many people can pull off wearing yellow, Michelle Obama looks fantastic in the color — and the lightness and sparkling visual texture of the formal day suit was absolutely brilliant, especially offset against the sea of dark woolly coats and suits in the crowd.
