Los Angeles production company All in the Works LLC says model Anna Cleveland — daughter of supermodel Pat Cleveland — signed over the rights to her life story in May, only to back out a few months later.

All in the Works, tied to auctioneer to the stars Grant Snyder, had already spent more than $350,000 when Cleveland stopped cooperating, the lawsuit said.

The LA company has sued Cleveland for breach of contract in Manhattan federal court.
