It’s going to be a disco safari in the land where Eric Kim is king.

Kim’s Monarchy collection was an odd mix of things we didn’t understand exemplified by such puzzling pairings as a silk gauze cropped boyfriend shirt with a khaki colored twill paper bag pant and a liquid mettalic linen tank with a shorts version of the paper bag look.

Perfect indeed if you are boogying in the Sahara. Or the Mojave.

Also unexpected – we’re supposed to be thinking spring – but really well done were the gorgeously constructed leather pieces including an asymetrical draped vest in soft ivory, a super light caramel lamb skin cropped jacket and a loose cashmere vest.
