Nanette Lepore’s latest collection arrived like a puffy cloud as a dreamy parade of long ethereal long dresses in off-whites and shimmery ivories tickling the runway. Midway through the show, where John Slattery and Patricia Clarkson were perched in the front row, Lepore oddly dabbled with jewel toned tweeds and black leather. But she recovered by sending richly colored romantic maxi dresses down the catwalk for a frothy, happy finale.
