She crosses over to talk to dead people — and now, she’s crossing over into the jewelry business.

Theresa Caputo, the big-haired star of the popular TLC show “Long Island Medium,” has launched Jeweled Moments, the Theresa Caputo Collection.

The line of “spirituality inspired” necklaces offers everything from engraveable hearts to custom pieces to honor both the living and the dead.

Caputo — who sports chunky white nails — wears a likeness of her grandmother’s signature.

“After my Gram passed away, I found comfort in reading cards that she sent me,” she says of her bauble.

Users can upload photographs of pets, loved ones or drawings to the website, where they will be crafted into wearable tributes.

The affordable styles range from $39 to $115.

Caputo’s hair, however, is sold separately.
