The Women’s March Pink Pussyhat has made its way to runway status.

Today at Missoni, models closed the kaleidoscopic-colored fashion show donning variations of the pink, cat-eared hat that first appeared on countless protesters heads at the Women’s Marches last month.

Gigi Hadid led the pack and was soon joined by the brand’s designer Angela Missoni and her family.

Guests – each of whom received a pink hat in his or her seat – were welcome to join the empowering finale.

One of Missoni’s show hashtags declared #pinkisthenewblack. If today’s showing is any indication, the pink hat has secured its spot as an iconic fashion statement.
