Just in time for Fashion Week, online dress and accessories company Rent the Runway is taking its hit rental concept offline with its first brick-and-mortar store.

The Flatiron District outpost, opening Sept. 3, will have just as extensive a designer collection as the Web site, with 850 dresses and 200 accessories on offer — including threads from the likes of Vera Wang and Opening Ceremony.

Serious shoppers will be able to book appointments online and create a tailor-made personal style profile, although walk-ins will be available for last-minute needs — with style consultants on site to help the indecisive or just plain clueless.

Other perks: iPad minis in each dressing room allow you to scan your top picks, and tailoring services — featuring temporary hemming and strap adjustments — will be offered on Thursdays and Fridays.

Opens Sept. 3 at 16 W. 18th St.; 212-325-5917, renttherunway.com/stores.
