There’s a beauty in simplicity and brevity. To that end, Richard Chai’s spring collection was a welcome breath of fresh air.

A mere 26 well-thought looks quickly conveyed what Chai believes in. Great shaped jackets, most a variation of a boyfriend silhouette, took center stage. Interestingly, all had satin backs, like a men’s vest would. The prints, swirl and petal, were abstract and very pretty.

The beauty of this collection is in the subtlety. Who needs to see much more?
