Hala Matar, a film maker, wears an exuberantly printed top form Barcelona, a belt from the LES, an a printed skirt from Puppet in the East Village. Her red shoes are Top Shop, and her bag is from Love Saves the Day. “I guess I’d rather live in a different time period, the ’60s or the ’20s. I like wearing outfits from the different time periods. I studied theatre, so i like clothes with a costume-y feel.”
