Amanda Jan Givens, a fashion design major at FIT, pairs an American Apparel men’s shirt that she with an AA skirt, bright tights, Piperlime flat boots and a plaid bag that she customized with pins.

“I appreciate every aspect of fashion. In terms of the clothes I make, I’m inspired by 1970’s London punk, though i don’t wear a lot of it myself,” says Jan Givens.
