YOU should be getting sick of the Amy Winehouse wino-wing and Posh’s bob right about . . . now. Time for a new look. “Think Liz Taylor, St. Tropez circa 1968,” says makeup artist Joanna Schlip, who works with Ellen Pompeo and Christina Applegate. “Beautiful lip, a defiant brow – and that’s it. That’s how it has to be this spring.”

Schlip says to get this season’s look, you have to work with what you have.

“It’s just natural and healthy matte skin. For eyes, a wash of color – pinks, blues, gold and sand for shadow,” she says. “Do a neutral eye with a colored mascara. That’s definitely spring.”

To go with the low-effort look, Patrick Melville, of the Patrick Melville Salon at the Sports Club/LA Rockefeller Center, likes softer, longer hair.

“Like Jessica Alba with that soft, sexy look with movement. Or Mandy Moore’s beachy, disheveled curls,” he says. “It’s about loose, long layers and feminine softness – no blunt lines or hard edges.”

And work with your natural texture to avoid fighting the season’s unavoidable humidity.

“Loose chignons and asymmetrical up-‘dos are good for the summer,” he says. “It shouldn’t be perfect – just loose and sexy.”

Behold:spring’s must-have beauty booty.
