Just after Proenza fever is starting to die down, Target announced their next cheap and cheerful collection– Libertine, the bi-coastal baby of L.A. based Johnson Hartig and NYC based Cindy Greene.

The limited edition clothes and accessories will hit Target stores for two months starting in mid-July.
