This collab is the total package.

Forever 21 is going postal with a wacky street-wear collection inspired by an unlikely institution: The USPS.

In need of a “Priority Mail” tube top? They’ve got you covered — barely.

The 12-piece line also delivers stamped bike shorts, “Express Mail” hoodies emblazoned with faux receipts and QR codes, grosgrain ribbon belts that resemble packing tape and windbreakers plastered with shipping labels — all ranging from an affordable $14.90 to $54.90.

Parceling through reasons for this unexpected pairing? The fast fashion retailer is attempting to make the post office great again, or at least in the minds of Millennial and Gen Z shoppers. (Note: The United States Postal Service has been financially hurting for at least decade, and even lost $3.9 billion in 2018. Yikes.)

“The collaboration will generate royalty revenue for the Postal Service and build brand awareness among a younger audience,” says USPS’s brand marketing executive Chris Karpenko.

There appears to be equally long lines, at least virtually, for this merch — which should be unsurprising for anything USPS-related. The collection’s envelope clutch has already sold out online.

The USPS has certainly come a long way since it’s first brush with fashion fame, circa 2013, when it released a collection of “heavy duty coats, hats, jackets, footwear and clothing inspired by mail carriers” at Nordstrom, Macys and Bloomingdale’s.
