Collectors and designer handbag connoisseurs should brave the nor’easter this weekend and check out the Pier Antiques Show’s Fashion Alley, featuring hundreds of vintage designer handbags. The highlight of the event will be a selection of 60 Hermes bags, including the signature Birkin and Kelly bags, dated from the 1960s to today, ranging in price from $1,500 to $17,000. Check out the alligator skin Kelly bag, circa mid-1980s, in a rare Kelly green. The show will also include vintage bags from Prada, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Dior, Bottega Veneta, Judith Leiber and Fendi.
