Aiming for the moon, Kate Spade alum Whitney Pozgay presented a series of space age designs at the mod west side Yotel, a venue vaguely reminiscent of the Korova Milk Bar from “A Clockwork Orange” — or the Jetson’s house, depending who you ask.
An array of iPhones caught the glint of metallic shifts and retro jacquards as they orbited past under the lunar-like lights. There were sexy sixties bobs, planetary prints and at least one outfit that would make HAL suffer a total system failure.
Subtle details like leather-capped sleeves and shirts layered under dresses provided necessary updates to this spirited trip through time and space.
