Is it really summer in the Hamptons without a raucous “Real Housewives of New York” catfight? While the glam Bravo reality stars are still buzzing (and sometimes behaving badly) on the East End, four of them have put their famous real estate on the market.

Countess-turned-cabaret star Luann de Lesseps is listing her charming four-bedroom, four-bathroom spot at 30 John St. in Sag Harbor for $5.8 million (with Brown Harris Stevens’ Christopher J. Burnside, down from its $6.2 million ask in early June). The 19th-century Greek revival comes with a gorgeous chef’s kitchen, three wood-burning fireplaces, an outdoor deck, a private dock and a cozy studio cottage.

We can see why de Lesseps might want a fresh start — she began the year with a third-degree felony charge for battery of an officer and a misdemeanor for disorderly intoxication, then took flack last week for acting like a “diva” during San Francisco’s Pride parade. She’s now spending more time in the Catskills, as per her Instagram posts, which included the caption, “Moving on.”

Meanwhile, Ramona Singer’s Southampton home at 39 Pheasant Close South is asking $165,000 for a rental from August through Labor Day. (It’s the spot where her ex-husband, Mario Singer, reportedly cheated on her during their marriage.) In May, Singer drove a Maserati from the house for a quick spin, but ended up totaling it in a four-car pileup. Singer is also listing her Upper East Side digs for $5 million, telling us she’s ready to trade in her family home for a swanky bachelorette pad.

Fellow RHONY Jill Zarin recently gave up the Southampton home she’s rented for years (the site of her annual Luxury Luncheon For Thyroid Cancer). We hear it was simply time for a change for Zarin, who lost her beloved husband, Bobby, to cancer earlier this year. The 6,000-square-foot, 5-bedroom home, at 12 Sandringham Lane, is rented for the summer — to a non “Housewife,” we presume — through Sotheby’s broker Angela Boyer-Stump (it was asking $260,000 for the season). But Gimme can reveal the house is unofficially on the market for $8.5 million.

Finally, O.G. Skinnygirl Bethenny Frankel has listed “Morning Glory,” her getaway at 2623 Montauk Highway, near the Wertheim National Wildlife Refuge. The home has been rented for the summer, but it’s on the market for $3 million with Corcoran’s Susan Breitenbach. Fortunately, Frankel still has her place in Bridgehampton — with plenty of room for the rest of the ’wives.
