An artist in Kentucky has constructed an epic, yet very bizarre, portrait of Jennifer Lawrence using only peanuts — 10,000, to be exact.

“She’s from Kentucky and peanuts are a delicious food to enjoy [while watching] a baseball game there,” Mateo Blanco explained to Barcroft Media.

As his nutty plan came to fruition, the 33-year-old painstakingly pasted each peanut onto a 52-by-78-inch canvas. His portrait shows the Oscar-winning actress smiling and rocking her hair in a bun.

“Jennifer Lawrence is [a] humble person,” Blanco added. “And very talented.”
