This year, the spare turkey can also be enjoyed with the country legend’s NBC holiday special “Dolly Parton’s Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love.” Airing on Wednesday at 8 p.m., it captures the struggle of Parton’s parents, and serves as a sequel to last year’s hugely popular “Coat of Many Colors.”
