A squirrel was spotted eating an egg roll in New York City.TwitterOnline video posted this week showing a Big Apple squirrel enjoying a crispy egg roll from way up in a tree has captured the hearts of those hungry for a worthy successor to Pizza Rat.
The Twitter account WhatIsNewYork posted the seven-second clip Wednesday with the caption: “Doesn’t look like this squirrels first egg roll.”
Social media users got a kick out of the bizarre footage, which garnered more than 75,000 views by Thursday morning.
“So much for the New Year’s resolution,” Twitter user @KFCavanaugh tweeted.
User @Miss_Kitty52 tweeted: “Forgot the sauce.”
