The It bird: Stone Barns
Broad-breasted whites are $4.40 per pound; Bourbon Reds are $7.10 per pound. Note: Sold out for 2011. To become a member at the Gardener level ($250), which includes the opportunity to purchase Thanksgiving turkeys in advance, call 914-366-6200, ext. 140.
The winning bird: Quattro’s Game Farm & Store

The affordable bird: Fairway

The Heritage Bird: Heritage Meat Shop
