A spoonful of sugar doesn’t make the pizza go down, according to TikTok.

A California TikTok model horrified online epicures after revealing that she adds sugar to Hawaiian pizza. The divisive clip was uploaded in November but is currently going viral on the platform as gawkers gag over the seemingly discordant combo.

“Does anyone else put sugar on their pizza?” reads the caption to the inflammatory clip uploaded by Los Angeles influencer Danii Banks, 31, who boasts nearly 272,000 TikTok followers and 7 million on Instagram.

The ensuing footage shows Banks — who admitted in another video that she doesn’t cook — ladling a spoonful of sugar onto a slice of already divisive pineapple and Canadian bacon pie.

The bombshell then rounds out the saccharine meal by adding the sweetener to the marinara sauce as well.

TikTok foodies were not thrilled with the MacGyver’s pie-in-the-sky concoction.

“This should be a crime,” spluttered one pie-hard of the frankenfood, while another wrote that they were “calling the police.”

“Too much violation in this video pineapple and sugar that’s disrespectful to pizza apologize rn,” fumed another online gastronome of the seemingly snack-rilegious pairing.

The amateur chef also shared a video detailing her habit of topping chips with pickled vegetables, which seemed to go over better with social media gourmets.

Perhaps far more appetizing, at least according to her throngs of gawkers, are the sizzling bikini snaps Banks regularly uploads to her Instagram page.

TikTok has recently become a cesspool of questionable frankenfusion dishes, with wannabe Wolfgang Pucks speedballing everything from watermelon and mustard to Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and Ranch dressing.
