Hey, Cuomo — fork you!
A fed-up Queens restaurant owner roasted Gov. Andrew Cuomo for nixing indoor dining — by holding a staff dinner outdoors at the height of Wednesday night’s epic snowstorm.
Rocco Sacramone, who runs Trattoria L’incontro in Astoria, proposed a wry toast to his three employees over a frigid al fresco feast of pizza, mozzarella and tomatoes and red wine.
“This is our first snowstorm of the year here. So I would like to thank New York City for this beautiful night here,” Sacramone, 62, said in a video posted on the restaurant’s Instagram, which included #hashtagflorida and #dontaskfortaxes.
“So, as you can see, we’re having outdoor dinner.”
In yet another blow to the already crippled restaurant industry, Cuomo banned indoor dining — again — on Monday as COVID-19 infections continue to surge in the state.
The city Department of Sanitation also rolled out new guidelines for outdoor dining during inclement weather — permitting sidewalk dining during the fiercest snowstorms but prohibiting dining in roadways.
Sacramone told The Post that he dined outdoors to see what it was like — though he didn’t sound ready to try it again.
“I did it last night to be genuine, to see how it felt,” he explained Thursday. “You gotta be kidding! Ten minutes, my feet felt like logs!”
He added that his restaurant is choking under the restrictions.
“I don’t know what they’re thinking. We are down from 40 employees to four or five,” he said, adding that he’s had to deliver the “heartbreaking” news to some of his workers that there’s just not enough work.
“What do you tell a family man with kids that’s been working here 10, 15, 20 years?” Sacramone said. “It makes my stomach sick right now.”
The restauranteur, who’s been in business on 31st Avenue for 21 years, said patrons have been calling up for reservations — even with the mercury plunging.
“This morning we are getting calls for reservations — table of 10, table of 6!” he said. “I say no! Are you crazy! It’s 20 degrees out! What, am I gonna have a waiter standing out here like a statue freezing?! It’s crazy! For one table? You gotta be out of your mind!”
Other Big Apple eateries took a tongue-in-cheek approach to the “new normal” of serving outdoors even when flakes are flying.
Patrizia’s in Kips Bay hosted a curbside dinner for one Wednesday night with a few inches of snow on the ground.
Video posted on the pizzeria’s Instagram showed the lone diner casually sipping red wine amid blizzard conditions — as a waiter serves him a steaming bowl of pasta.

“What a lovely night for outdoor dining!” the post was captioned.
