Maybe take that lunch to go?
A 33-year-old woman was injured while having an al-fresco lunch in Greenpoint Thursday, when a car collided with a barricade — and then took off, The Post has learned.
The unfortunate dining experience unfolded just before noon outside of the Alula Café where a gray Toyota Camry turned onto Franklin Street and hit a barricade in the street, police sources said.
The barricade then slid into the woman’s right side as she was eating, sources said. The Camry then drove off, sources added.
The woman was taken to NYU Langone Health where she was expected to be OK.
