It’s finally here. On Saturday, Manhattan will get its first stand-alone Chick-fil-A, in Midtown (1000 6th Ave.), at last satisfying hungry Southerners in the city who have long whined about a lack of cheap chicken-and-biscuits here.
The famed fast-food restaurant’s menu keeps it pretty simple, but those in the know can get creative by hacking the menu — mixing and matching various items to create unique, secret dishes. (Prices for off-menu items vary by location.)
“If we have the ingredients in the restaurant, we will try to make it happen,” says Oscar Fittipaldi, the Chick-fil-A franchise owner who’s opening the new Manhattan location.
