Food Network star Anne Burrell just opened her new eatery, Phil & Anne’s Good Time Lounge, at 196 Smith St. in Brooklyn’s Cobble Hill neighborhood, with partner Phil Casaceli, of Daddy-O Bar in the West Village.

The 1,300-square-foot Mediterranean-Italian style restaurant has 42 seats in the dining room, 15 seats at the bar and 14 additional seats in the bar area.

Decor includes metallic orange wallpaper of vintage guitars to reflect Burrell’s “cook like a rock star” motto.
