With his sultry blue eyes, dark head of hair and muscular physique, Mike Varshavski, 26, looks like he belongs on the set of “General Hospital.” No wonder the primary-care osteopath and second-year resident at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ, boasts 1.8 million followers on Instagram.

The hunky physician and Midtown resident has been dating Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach since earlier this year.

But that hasn’t stopped patients from occasionally hitting on him.

“I take it all in good fun and appreciate the compliment,” he concedes, “but then always manage to steer the conversation back toward them.”

Varshavski’s journey to social media stardom began 4 ½ years ago, when he started documenting his life as a student at the New York Institute of Technology’s College of Osteopathic Medicine.

“I wasn’t posting anything smart — no doctor facts,” recalls Varshavski, who was named People’s sexiest doctor alive in November. “[Just] me going out, me studying.”

And what about all those shirtless selfies?

“I was really into fitness,” says Varshavski, whose family immigrated to Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, from Moscow when he was 6. “It was an outlet for my stress during med school.”
