A new mother shared her pre-labor beauty routine on TikTok with no shame — and it’s a different kind of Mommy Makeover.
Indy Clinton documented herself getting ready to go to the hospital to have labor induced, sharing with her 735,900 followers on TikTok.
Many mothers-to-be pack bags and plan outfits for themselves and the babies ahead of time, but Clinton went above and beyond to prepare for the first photos with her newborn daughter.
In videos of her leading up to and on her due date, the Australian influencer gets a mani-pedi, blow-dries and styles her hair, fake tans and freshens up her makeup before heading to the hospital.
“Prep with me for labour,” she captioned a TikTok video where she begins her pre-procedure process.

“I just want to run a few errands before I give birth, so I’m going to get my nails done, get [my son] Navy a present from his little sister, so come along,” she tells the camera.
She takes viewers to the nail salon, the toy store, lunch and the grocery store before returning home. The influencer jumps in the shower so she can freshly blow-dry and style her blond hair before lathering on her tanner.
“By the way, my induction is not tonight, before someone says ‘Why am I fake tanning for labor?’ Do I want to look ugly when I’m pushing out a child? No,” she candidly explains.
Clinton then begins packing her bag, pulling out a cute and comfy white bra for her hospital stay.
“Last time I wore the hospital gown but I didn’t like the vibe of it. It made my shoulders look really broad,” she said.
But it’s not just her own appearance that she’s worried about. In a follow-up video posted on the day of her induction, Clinton is seen plucking her husband’s eyebrows.
“You can’t have a unibrow when I go into labor,” she says, bringing tweezers to his face.
The influencer continued to give updates and freshen up her clean-girl makeup look leading up to the birth of her baby girl.
The Clinton family welcomed their second child and first daughter this week, with the influencer announcing the news on social media.
“Our daughter is here,” the mother captioned an Instagram photo of herself looking radiant in the hospital bed, holding her newborn. The post was quickly flooded with congrats and comments on her glowing skin and perfectly styled hair from fellow influencers and followers.
“Okay you be looking THAT GOOD post birth wow … AND CONGRATS!!!!! So happy for you,” Amelia Marni replied.
“The biggest congratulations to the most gorgeous family,” Flossie Cleg commented.
“Congrats mama!! you look pretty as ever,” Corrina Kopf said.
