These days, restaurateurs hoping to capitalize on the corporate crowd’s hunger are creating more healthy fast casual food options in Midtown.
One of these new options is Two Forks, which just opened by Bryant Park at 119 W. 40th St.
The 1,800-square-foot space, designed by WCA Architects, has 38 seats. Its focus, from Chef Michael Kaplan and his partner, Dave Oz of Bathtub Gin, is on slow cooked meats, seasonal slaws and “globally inspired” sauces.
