Midtown dining options keep getting better.
Chef Roberto Deiaco, the ex-top chef at Armani Ristorante on Fifth Avenue as well as Palio, is opening a new upscale eatery, Avena, on Feb. 10.
The restaurant at 141 E. 57th St. near Lexington Avenue will focus on organic, modern ingredients. Dishes will include crudi di mare with raw langoustine, Renetta apple and citrus topped with Italian sturgeon caviar.
There’s also a classic vitello tonnato cooked sous-vide. The restaurant will boast a full bar and a 750-label wine list.
