Unico, on Thomson Avenue in Long Island City, opens this week from chef Suvir Saran and Roni Mazumdar — serving tacos, enchiladas and burritos.

Saran and Mazumdar will also debut a taco menu at the bar of Tapestry, their New American restaurant at 60 Greenwich Ave., at the corner of Perry Street, which opened last May.
