Clinton Hall, the upscale burger, waffles and beer pub from the Lure Group, is opening an outpost in The Bronx near Arthur Avenue at 601 E. 189th St.

New menu options exclusive to Clinton Hill BX — which will seat 120 people — include the extravagantly named Rival Fordham x Clinton Hall Boogie Down B Burger, which boasts a beef patty, fried chicken, BBQ sauce, lettuce and tomatoes.

Bronx Brewery beer will be on draft and food collaborations will include The Flamin Hot Doughnut Grilled Cheese (with help from The Doughnut Project).

The decor includes murals by Holland-based artist Mr. June and giant- and regular-size boards for games such as Connect Four, Scrabble and Jenga.
