Stop and sip the roses!

This flowerpot cocktail, dubbed Mrs. Green Thumb ($15), is the budding star of Nylo New York City hotel’s new flower market/bar pop-up on the Upper West Side.

Made with rosé tequila (aged in a wine barrel), fresh kiwi puree, safflower syrup, wild elderflower liqueur and muddled cucumbers and jalapeños, “it’s like the craziest margarita you can find,” says mixologist Cody Goldstein.

“It’s summery, refreshing and herbaceous.” Not to mention Instagrammable — the potion’s poured tableside from a watering can into its terra cotta “planter” cup.

Available through June 30 at 2178 Broadway.
