Alicia Keys has been called a superstar and a musical visionary.

The Grammy-winning musician is looking for a head blogger for her upcoming Web site, IAAS.com (“I Am A Super Woman.”) And she’s fielding applicants through the job site Monster.com.

The site will be “an online neighborhood for super women to check in with what other super women are thinking, doing, feeling, working on, eating, buying, wearing and laughing about,” according to Monster, her partner in launching the site.

“I need just the right person to help me express a point of view that I don’t think exists yet in the blog world,” says Keys.

If that’s you, you can apply at Monster.com through May 3. Applicants will be whittled down to ten candidates who’ll be flown to New York in May.
