The Issue: Two men who were arrested for disorderly conduct after speaking out at school-board meetings.

Parents, upset that schools are feeding their children a diet of far-left, socialist propaganda, have begun speaking up at local school-board meetings (“War on Parents,” Nov. 18).

The result is that the government has sent the storm troopers to manhandle and arrest these parents, who are only trying to express their First Amendment right to free speech.

Meanwhile, “mostly peaceful” rioters have been allowed to loot, burn and destroy private and public property. C’mon, man. Which group meets the definition of “domestic terrorists”?

We’re fast becoming a police state under the direction of the Biden administration.

Parents stand up at school-board meetings, enraged that their children are being taught to believe America is racist, all whites are oppressors while all blacks are oppressed, and Attorney General Merrick Garland sics the FBI on them.

Both the Obama and Biden administrations have illegally used federal agencies to attack Americans who disagree with their radical agendas. The leftist elites are now in charge of everything.

There is a prairie fire racing toward the Democrats, and they know it.

Their unprecedented attacks on the parents of this country, among other outrages, are part of their desperate effort to do as much damage to all that is reasonable and traditional before the electoral flames consume their power next November.

Those who want to preserve our way of life are praying that the damage will be contained and the changes reversible. I profoundly hope so.

AG Garland, whom former President Barack Obama touted as a solid moderate, has turned out to be nothing of the kind. He has shown no respect for our constitutional order and has proven to be a malleable mouthpiece for the far left and apparently is a brazen liar. What an empty suit.

So let me see if I have this right: Jeremy Story and Dustin Clark are arrested and put in jail because they were critical of the school board at a recent meeting, while BLM rioters loot, burn and destroy personal property and get corporate sponsors. Who would have thought?

The Issue: Kyle Smith’s column on Vice President Kamala Harris’ behavior during public appearances.

Vice President Kamala Harris is weird indeed, but 81 million people didn’t think so (“Jeepers veeper’s — she’s just weird,” Kyle Smith, Nov. 17).

They were more interested in ridding themselves of “bad tweets.”

I wonder if they think about those tweets filling up their gas tanks or shopping in the grocery store. You get what you vote for.

Harris was the piece of the puzzle that catapulted the pathological liar President Biden into the White House.

Her being a minority strengthened the Democratic ticket, and somehow, with the assistance of Big Tech and the media, this got her a VP title.

That was all good 10 months ago, but things have changed drastically. Not making sense, laughing awkwardly and lying about a border visit have her on the outs for 2024.

So much for the historic first of a woman being second in line to the presidency.

As Smith says, “she is weird.” Talking like a “valley girl” and lying like Biden is not good for the business of the Democratic Party.
