This mommy blogger thinks selfies can be full of crap.

Sophia Cachia shared a photo she took of herself — in perfect make-up — cuddling her adorable son. But her caption left her 152,000 Instagram followers in stitches.

“To the naked eye, this looks like your standard cute photo of Bobby and I,” Cachia wrote under the handle theyoungmummy. “This photo was in fact captured whilst I was taking a poo.

“Just thought I’d let you all know. Especially for all those planning on having children soon. This. Is. Your. Life. Goodnight.”

Cachia’s hilariously scatological post had been liked over 7,400 times by Thursday morning and received a s—tload of comments by moms and moms-to-be.

“I can sympathise and totally relate @theyoungmummy ….I was on the toilet the other week with my son watching ABC kids on my lap,” one mother wrote, The Sun of the UK reported.

Another person posted: “Hahahaha who needs to poo alone anyway?? I mean really?? You don’t realise it’s fine as a team until you do it! Haha xx.”

But not everyone appreciated the toilet humor.

“I have a 9 year old daughter and I’ve never had to have her on my lap whilst I’m on the toilet! Learn boundaries!!” one woman wrote.
